It's also the end of week 3 in the Battle of the Creative Teams at DigiScrapAddicts which means time for more voting! This week we had to chose 1 color for our team and use only that color in our layouts. We could add metal elements if we wanted to. We also had to scrap in 2 corners and that's it. The last twist was that either you had to scrap about yourselves or swap photos. Thank goodness we swapped photos because I don't like to scrap about myself. Here's what my layout looks like. I used bits and pieces from several kits at Brownie Scraps.

A Touch of Blue

Gettin Scrappy with Britt has a new kit out today called Touch of Blue. It's a gorgeous kit of 2 shades of blue and dark brown-blacks. Somehow with those colors I still consider it a soft kit! I loved working with it. Here's a look at the kit.

Oh, What a Night

I have a new release for you today called Oh, What a Night. I got the color palette from a submission for the October blog train that didn't win. When I saw the color palette I thought it would work so well for a combination kit-Halloween and a party/ladies' night out kit. There are so many Halloween kits out there that are adorable but don't work for other types of photos which is why I decided to do a combo kit! I hope you all like it. It's a huge mega kit with 22 papers, 55 elements and 4 alphas. There are Halloween elements like a pumpkin, ghost, witch's hat, cauldron, and a bat, plus there are ladies' night out elements like a tiara, disco ball, cocktail glasses, masquerade masks and more! The Scrappy Kat has a new collab kit with Digital Scrap Fun called Bedtime Stories. This kit is all about those fairy tales that all kids hear about at bedtime. The colors are rich and beautiful. Here's a look at the two kits.

I've got a freebie QP for you from Digital Scrap Cafe. I'm sure most of you are like me and still have some summer pictures to scrap, so I decided to use a beach kit called A la Plage by Elker W. Designs. It has so many great beachy elements but you could definitely use this kit for other layouts too. I think this kit would be awesome for newborn baby pictures! Here's a look at it.

Fabulous Fall

Digi Designs by Nicole has a new kit out today called Fabulous Fall. The colors are not what you expect when you think of fall leaves such as reds, yellows, greens. Instead this kit is full of burnt oranges, beiges and a dark brown. It's a beautiful kit to scrap all those fall pictures. Here's a look at Fabulous Fall.


This kit has coordinating Quick Pages and an Extras set (word art, dating items). You can also buy all three bundled together to save money! All of the Fabulous Fall items are 20% off. This weekend they will be 40% off. Here's my layout.

Zen

There were so many kits in JK Creations' store at Stuff to Scrap that I wanted to work with but I settled on Zen because it's different than the ones I've been working with recently. It's so tranquil and beautiful. It was an absolutely beautiful kit to work with. Here's a look at Zen.

Vintage Days

This is my last kit to show you as a CT member of Marni Designs. She's taking a short time off and won't be designing again until January. Her store at Brownie Scraps will remain open during her time off though so you can still get her fabulous kits! She's going to start anew in January with a new CT. We'll see how busy I am when her CT call happens!

Harvest Chill

I had the opportunity to work with Jenasis Designs' kit Harvest Chill. It's a beautiful fall kit with fairly bright, bold colors. The elements are so unique and perfect for fall. Here's a look at the kit.
