March Blog Train and March BAK

The Stuff to Scrap March blog train is here!  This month's train is called March of the Animals and we've got lots of cute animals for you! Here's my portion.

Take a Complement-Retiring Kit

Snuggle Berry Pie Designs at Brownie Scraps is retiring to take on some other responsibilities.  It will be sad to see her go.  Her whole store is on sale-GREAT sales including her CU items.  I have her pattern makers and I use them all the time!  I just worked with Take a Complement because I love the colors.  Orange has become one of my favorite colors recently (not for me to wear but just in general).  Here's a look at the kit that is just $1.50!!!

Here's my layout.  I used it for a Winterpalooza challenge at Brownie Scraps where you couldn't use any  pictures of people and had to scrap something that someone in my house loves.  I scrapped the train books that my kids love!

Sweet Pea

I have a beautiful kit to show you today called Sweet Pea. It's by Just For You Digi Scraps.  The colors are all purples and greens.  The kit is so soft and pretty and can be used for all sorts of photos!  Here's a look at the kit.

Forest Friends

The Scrappy Kat teamed up with Digital Scrap Fun to create 2 coordinating kits called Forest Friends.  These kits have great outdoor colors and such cute little woodland creatures.  Here's a look at the kits.  Images are linked to their stores.

I did not have any photos with woodland critters so I settled for photos with goats :)  But this kit can be used for so many other purposes too!  I made this layout during a speed scrap at Stuff to Scrap.

Flutterbye Faery Designs has a new kit out this week called Make a Wish.  It's a very girly birthday kit and just perfect for my birthday girl who just had a birthday!  Here's a look at the kit.

Shake It

Digi Designs has a new kit out that is inspired by Zumba.  This kit has bright colors and fun elements.  It's called Shake It.  Here's a look at the kit.  There are also coordinating QPs and a freebie that you can find out how to get on Nicole's blog.

Puzzle Me Love

It's been a couple days since I've blogged.  Sorry about that.  Good thing my sister is too busy to read my blog these days (since she's selling her house and buying a new one) and remind me that I haven't blogged in a couple days :)  I've been a little busy these last few days trying to get everything ready for my children's birthday party that I haven't had time to scrap.  I'm relaxing today and having my husband take care of the kids!  How nice!

I just scrapped a layout with this gorgeous kit from Scrappin Daisies called Puzzle Me Love.  It's such a cute love kit with the bright colors-red, yellow and blue with black and white thrown in too.  Most of the word arts are like crossword puzzles-so cute!  Here's a look at the kit.

Here's my layout.  I had a vision of what I wanted to do with the squares/rectangles but I didn't know how to accomplish it.  So this is how it turned out-it's not like my vision but I still love it!

Sunbeams & Moonbeams

Today is my children's 2nd birthday.  Time has flown by!  I wanted to release this new kit on their birthday in honor of them (there will be a birthday themed kit coming up soon but I wanted to wait to make it until I saw what colors I needed for the pictures that I am going to take at their party).  My new kit is called Sunbeams & Moonbeams.  Part of this kit may look familiar to you.  When I was guesting at Brownie Scraps I made a mini kit for one of their challenges.  The mini kit is included in this kit and I expanded it!  Here's a look at Sunbeams & Moonbeams.
