Wednesday Tips/Tutorials
Selecting and Changing All Text Layers at Once in Photoshop and PSE
Select one of the text layers in the Layers panel. These layers will have a T icon on the left side of the layer.
From the Menu bar, choose Select > Similar layers. The software will search for all layers similar to the one you have selected, so in this case all of the text layers will be highlighted.
To change the font, get the Type tool while leaving all of the text layers selected.
Choose a new font in the Options bar across the top of the editing window. Your font choice will replace the current font type in each text layer automatically.
You can change the font size, style and orientation this way, too.

Meet the Team: Brooke
The B2N2 Scraps Creative Team is awesome! Such a creative group of women! So I'm going to pop in every couple of weeks to introduce you to a team member. Today we're featuring Brooke.
Tell us about your “real world” I'm a SAHM to a fabulous hubby, 5 adorable kids, 1 dog, 1 cat, 1 lizard, 6 chicks and several fish (the number varies from week to week). When I'm not digi-scrapping, you can find me volunteering in my kids' classes, playing with my family, working in my yard, reading a book, singing, dancing, camping or on a road trip across the country! I am also a Disney Freak, and a Disney vacation is pretty high on my list!
How did you get started with scrapping?I've paper scrapped most of my life, but I use the term loosely. I have a ton of scrapbooks, but nothing too fancy. I started digi-scrapping about 3 years ago after my hubby complained that we were accumulating too many scrapbooks. I don't think he had any clue what he was trying to talk me into! Like most everyone else I've talked with, I was shocked when I found out how extensive the digi-scrap world is!
Tell us something strange or unusual about you.My all-time favorite TV show is I Love Lucy, and I guess you could say I collect all things Lucy!
And when I asked Brooke to show me her favorite page made with a B2N2 Scraps kit, she had several to share.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

New Release: Slumber, My Darling
I have a new kit out today! I started this kit a LONG time ago! The palette was picked for me and at first I didn't know what to think. But once I got going, this soft palette pulled me to make a sleepy time kit and I just LOVE how it turned out! It's so soft and dreamy and perfect for scrapping all those sleeping pictures you have. Take a look at Slumber, My Darling.
I love the word arts in this kit as I took them from lullabies from I sang to my babies when they were little. I also have a set of 4 quick pages. Both the kit and quick pages will be on sale 30% off for one week.
Take a look at what my creative team did with this kit. First up is a layout by Brooke. I love the paper strips next to the photo with just a few elements.
Next is a layout by Stephanie and this layout cracks me up because I cannot imagine my kids falling asleep on top of a desk! Love the paper strips on this one too!
I love the hexagons on this layout by Thao. Hexagons are such a trend in scrapbooking right now. I haven't made a layout yet with hexagons but it's on my to do list!
This next layout is by Daphne. I love how she used a pattern paper background in this layout.
I made a layout too. This one is of my niece so you can see that you can use this for girls too!
Check back on Sunday to see more layouts and to get another freebie! I've made you a freebie for you to enjoy! Download HERE.

Wednesday Tip:Using a Pen and Tablet for Scrapbooking
The tablet is an input device that looks just like it sounds... a
drawing tablet laying on your desktop. The new models are usually
connected to the computer via USB, but some older models like the
Intuos2 that I prefer, connect through the serial port. And Wacom™ has a
new model that connects via Bluetooth (wireless technology).
Most come with a mouse (that uses the tablet as a mousepad) and a pen or
stylus. The tablets generally come in different sizes -
the most common being 4" x 5", 6" x 8", and 9" x 12". This refers to the
drawing area. The area it may take on your desktop is usually several
inches larger, so keep that in mind when thinking of it on your desktop.
Why would you want to use a tablet and pen? Ease of use, convenience, extra features, health - all are good reasons. It's often been said that trying to draw with the mouse is like trying to draw with soap on a rope. The pen and tablet is much more natural, much more responsive, and is much more comfortable. One of the benefits of using the pen is the reported reduction of repetitive stress injuries. Some who might not be able to draw at all are able to use a pen and tablet to continue being productive .
Using a pen and tablet in many of the paint and photo programs allows you greater control over your creation. The pens are pressure sensitive which means you can vary the boldness of a line by how hard you press on the tablet - or use the pressure sensitivity to control transparency or brush size. The more sensitivity levels the pen has, the better. The Intuos3™ has 1,024 levels pressure sensitivity for smooth control. Turn it over and it becomes a pressure sensitive eraser! In addition, some tablets have programmable buttons that can help you work faster and more efficiently.
You may have noticed that Wacom™ is mentioned in this article often. There is good reason they are the number one graphics tablet company in the world. There are other makers - Aiptek™ , for example, makes tablets that are quite a bit less expensive than the Wacom™. There are toys and there are tools - the Intuos™ is a tool. The Wacom™ pens are not tethered to the tablet - a big plus, in my opinion. The pens are not burdened by needing batteries like some models. The Intuos™ has 1024 levels of sensitivity, while others may only have 512 or 256 levels. When it comes to tablet size, it's a Goldilocks situation, in my opinion. The 4" x 5" tablet is too small, the 9" x 12" tablet is too large, but the 6" x 8" tablet is just right! You can use this TabletWizard to find out which Wacom™ tablet might be right for you.

CT Work
Digi Designs by Nicole has a new kit out called Happy Easter. It has great Easter elements and traditional Easter colors. Take a look.
Here's a layout I made for the scraplift challenge at STS.
I also used a combination of Happy Easter and my Easter Parade kit to make this next layout. That was a fun challenge at STS-to use 2 kits equally to make a layout.
Brownie Scraps is closing in about 20 minutes! I used Flutterbye Faery Designs' Happy As Can Be for this next layout.
Here's the kit.
