New Release: Gentle Summer Breeze

Well this is kind of a new release!  Before I show you the new release, I want to think those 5 people who left comments on last Sunday's blog post after I commented that I haven't been getting any thank yous for my freebies.  You really made my day to see that comments had been made!  Those people who made comments-tirane93, goog, cheli, lana, and crafty cathy please email me at beckycards {at} sbcglobal.net with your username from the blog and I will email you a coupon to my store.  See, it pays to say thank you!  Who knows when another coupon will be handed out!

I'm releasing Gentle Summer Breeze as a full size kit rather than a paper pack and element pack.  These were my pieces from the May BAK colors that are just combined into a kit.  Take a look at the kit which contains 18 papers and 38 elements.
Take a look at some creative team layouts with this kit. By Thao:

  1. I would love to leave you thank you notes, comments, etc., but I use Google Reader, which doesn' seem to have a built-in comment maker. In fact, I tried the email feature just now, and my message didn't go through because I didn't have your correct email address. Perhaps you could include that somewhere on each blog post so that it would show up on your post and users could send you a Thank you message via email. Do you think you'd get a lot of email messages clogging your inbox. It's worth a try to see how many people might respond. Google Reader is a wonderful way to visit a lot of favorite blogs quickly, and I'm glad that I discovered it. I just wish designers wouldn't link FB with Google Reader as I do not want to "share" my personal info with the world.

  2. Thank you for letting me know that. I'm trying to keep the spam down or else I would include my email more often. I'm unclear what you mean by linking FB with Google Reader. I don't even know if I have that done or how I did it if I did do it!

    2. I'm not exactly sure about this linking either. It just seems to me that once in a while when I've tried to add a blog to my Google Reader account, the form or link (whatever it is) takes me to a different kind of system that asks me if I want to join that community and "share" my information, like FB does. I'll add some other designers' blog pages to my Google Reader account and see if it happens again. Then I'll write down what happened and the wording I encountered. I wish I could explain this better, but I'm not very savvy about social networking. In fact, I've been trying to avoid like the plague except my personal friends -- and even my children -- have gotten me into Facebook, LinkedIn, and one or two other "services." There is SOOO much identify theft going on right now, and the good guys (and gals) can't seem to keep up with the bad gremlins out there who are hacking away night and day at our firewalls and virus prevention software and other so-called security devices. As an example, just today I got an email that LinkedIn had been breached and the perps got away with a bunch of passwords. It's just scary!
