Just for Me!

Just Jaimee has come out with a new kit called "Just for Becky Sugar and Spice." This kit is for me! I sent Jaimee a color palette and an idea of a theme and she made me a kit! I just love that! Marni Designs has also made me a kit but I can't show you that one yet :) I got the color palette for this kit from one of my daughter's shirts that I just love! I made sure I scrapped pictures of her wearing the shirt with this kit. Here's a look at the kit. This preview doesn't show it but this kit (if you buy the bundle) comes with glitters and an alpha.

Just Jaimee sells at Scrapable and Digi Scrapbook Mania. This kit is available in both stores. There is actually a second alpha at Digi Scrapbook Mania. I don't even have this alpha yet! I looks very pretty. Take a look at the layouts I made with this kit and notice how well the kit matches the shirt my daughter is wearing! The second layout uses a template by Aprilisa Designs.

New kits

Scraps by Andrea has a new kit out today called "Someone's In The Kitchen." This kit is perfect for all of those baking or cooking photos you may have or if you like to scrap recipes this kit is perfect! Take a look at this fun kit.
Here are some layouts that I created with this kit. I had so much fun using the cute little cupcake elements and they were perfect for my layouts!

I even made a freebie cluster frame for you from the first layout. Here's a preview.

You can download this freebie cluster frame HERE. Head over to Scraps by Andrea's store to pick up this kit.

Shel Belle Scraps has a freebie on her blog to celebrate Memorial Day. This little mini kit is perfect for all those patriotic pictures or 4th of July pictures you may have. This kit is only free until the morning of Tuesday, June 1st. Here's a look at this mini kit.

Head over to Shel Belle Scraps' blog to pick up this freebie. I managed to whip up a layout using this kit last night. Here's my layout. These are the closest photos I have of my daughter for 4th of July. For some reason we didn't take any pictures commemorating their first 4th of July.

Sneak Peek

It's almost a new month and you know what that means! A new collab from the Brownie Scraps Designers. I was lucky enough to see the kit and to play with it already. And I get to show you a sneak peek and my layout! June's collab is called "Log Cabin." It's a great kit for all those outdoors pictures you have plus photos you may have from a camping trip. I'm going out to Colorado in June to spend some time at a cabin in the mountains so this kit will be perfect for my photos that I'll take! Here's a sneak peek at "Log Cabin."

This collab includes 5 mini kits, a fantastic hybrid project that you'll love and want to use s'more, a very fun template, and some QPs (one made by me based on the layout you'll see in a minute). Here's a layout that I made using Log Cabin.

Are You a Brownie Addict?

And no I don't mean to brownies themselves, I mean to Brownie Scraps! Each month Brownie Scraps has a monthly club where members get so many benefits. When you purchase the membership, you get to immediately download a mini kit. June's mini kit is called "Sherbert" and it was 9 papers and 16 elements. It is a beautiful girly kit with pinks and yellows. I made this layout with Sherbert. I used a template by Scrappin Daisies which I found FREE on the Brownie Scraps' blog. Every Tuesday is template Tuesday and you can get free templates! Who doesn't love freebies?

There are so many other great benefits. You can get this membership HERE at Brownie Scraps for just $6 but if you buy it after June 1st, it'll cost $9 (which is still a great deal but why not get it now and save $3?) Take a look at all the benefits you get with this membership (starting June 1st).

1. Instant (and FREE) access to the June Super Mega Kit (Monthly Mega + Bytes add-on)!
2. A full, FREE, never before released kit!
3. Access to a Members Only forum with LOTS of chatting!
4. Exclusive coupons just for members!
5. Members only QP exchange!

7. Additional exclusive freebies!

Here's a flier that lists all of this information. I thought I would show it to you because you get to see more of the "Sherbert" kit!

The May addicts kit has been so much fun. Admittedly I haven't had that much time to scrap with the kit. Snuggle Berry Pie Designs did the addicts club this month and she came up with a kit called "From A to Z." It's an alphabet kit. You could make a whole alphabet book for your kids. I only did 1 letter so far "P." I guess I should have started with A but I did my layout during a speed scrap and the pictures worked so well for P. Here's my layout.

Music in My Soul

JW DigiScraps has a brand new kit out called "Music in My Soul." This kit is so different than many of the kits I work with. I created such soft, simple, but beautiful (if I do say so myself) layouts with this kit. My layouts look very similar because I first created one for my daughter, loved it, then needed to create a similar style one for my son. I think the pages compliment each other well. Divine Digital is still down but you can find this kit at Enchanted Studio Scraps or at Digital Scrapbooking Studio. JW DigiScraps has a freebie on her blog that goes along with this kit. Take a look at "Music in My Soul" and the layouts I made using the kit.

Aquarium Fun

Digi Designs by Nicole has a new kit out today called "Aquarium Fun." It's a fit full of fun fish and other sea life elements. My favorite is the jelly fish! I also love the bright (but not too bright!) colors in this kit. I scrapped one layout of my niece at an aquarium but I also scrapped my son swinging. So this kit can work for other photos, not just fish photos. Take a look at the kit.

Nicole also has a freebie add on on her blog that you can pick up. She turned her sea life elements into CU items that you can purchase at her store. And now without further ado, here are my layouts.

I even made a freebie 7x5 brag book page for you. I adapted one of the layouts to make the brag book page.
You can download my freebie brag book page HERE.

Mamma Mia!

Designs by Sweet Mesquite has a new kit in her store at Digital Scrap Ink. Her kit is called Mamma Mia. I just love the colors with the bright purplish-pink, light blue, darker blue and beige. The kit has fun flowers in it and so many other cool elements. I had a lot of fun scrapping with this kit. I also used Designs by Sweet Mesquite's template set called "Got the Wiggles" to make my layouts for this kit. Take a look at the kit and the template set.

Here are my layouts that I made. Aren't they cute? These templates were so great to work with! Head on over to Designs by Sweet Mesquite's store to pick up this kit and the templates!

Rub a Dub Dub

Laurie's Scraps, who sells at Digital Scrap Cafe, has such a fun bath time kit called "Rub a Dub Dub." The colors would work well for pictures other than bathtime but I chose to scrap my daughter's first bath because the bath elements are adorable especially the ducks-they are the cutest ones I've seen! What's nice about this kit (besides all the cute bath elements) is that it's gender neutral-it works well for both boys and girls. I just loved working with this kit. I'm sure to do more layouts with it! Here's the preview of the kit and my layout.

Aren't you lucky because I turned this layout into a freebie QP for you! The download link will be active for just one week only so make sure to grab this QP today! Then head over to Digital Scrap Cafe to pick up Rub a Dub Dub by Laurie's Scraps.

You can download the QP HERE.

Upcoming Speed Scrap

Mark the date & time on your calendar, as tomorrow The Scrappy Kat is hosting a speed scrap in the STS forum. The participation prize for the SS is part 1 of a 2 part kit. Part 2 of the kit will be the participation prize for a speed scrap she is hosting on June 2nd. Attend both speed scraps and get both minis that will combine to make a full-size kit called You Rock.

This is part 1 of the kit that will be the participation prize for Thursday's SS.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to make this one because my kids might not be down for their nap yet. But maybe I'll be able to make it after it starts! I attended a speed scrap last night. I joined half way through the instructions and managed to get caught up by the time it was over. The journaling took me a couple more minutes but for me it was a really fast layout. This is what I created. I used Digi Designs by Nicole's latest kit called Get Wild and Crazy.

Store closing

Punky Princess Scraps is closing her store at Brownie Scraps. But don't worry! She'll be back in July. Her entire store will be gone in June, so you better head over to her store to pick up her great kits before they are gone. You can pick up her entire store for just $5!!! What a fabulous deal! Take a look at some of the layouts I created with her kits.

Take a look at the kits that I used. The top layout used For the Love of Dirt. The second and third used Birthday Boy. The last one used Whispers of Winter.

Head on over to Punky Princess Scraps' store and pick up all these kits before they are gone!
