Grand Opening! (Kind of!)

I have some exciting news for you.  I have been asked to be a permanent designer at Brownie Scraps and I have accepted!  So now I'm a Brownie Baker!  To celebrate, my whole store at Brownie Scraps is on sale 40% off this weekend (June 4th-6th).  Make sure to grab my kits while they are on such a great sale!  I have some fun things in store for July (which I'll be able to tell you about mid June). The flier is linked to my store.

Snips & Snails and a Contest

Scraps by Andrea has a brand new boy kit out called Snips & Snails.  It has great boy colors and cute little boy elements. I love working with boy kits and this one was so much fun!  This kit is a small kit for Andrea so she priced it at $2.99.  But her whole store is 50% off this month so you can grab this kit for just $1.50 right now!!

Here's a layout I made using this kit.  I made it for a speed scrap on Tuesday.

I made a freebie for you but before I show you the freebie I wanted to tell you about a contest that is being hosted at Stuff to Scrap this summer.  We're doing our This Scrappers Got Talent contest again.  Check out the flier for details.  The flier is linked to the thread where you can sign up.

Now onto the freebie.  I made a tag cluster for you.

You can click here to download this tag cluster.

To Hope For

I am so excited to be hosting the Quick Page Exchange at Stuff to Scrap this month.  I decided to make a brand new kit just for this challenge.  I wanted to make an inspirational kit about all the hopes and dreams that we have.  I chose a deep, rich color palette and added sparkle and shine to it.  My new kit is called To Hope For.  Since this kit is being used for the QPE it will be on sale for $2.50 all month long!!!  And it might even find it's way into the $2 bin on occasion.  Here's a look at To Hope For.

My CT created gorgeous layouts with this kit!  Take a look.

Hope you join us in the Quick Page Exchange.  All you have to do is create a layout and turn it into a QP and send it to me.  At the end of the month you will get all the other QPs in return.  So easy!

I have a small freebie for you today with my kit Special People.  I made this card for a wedding card but I bet it could be used for other occasions too!

A new month

A new month means all sorts of new goodies.  It means a new store collab, a new CU grab bag and new BAKs.  This month's BAKs are all based around sleep overs or slumber.  The color palette had both boy and girl colors in it. Remember if you buy 3 pieces and use the coupon code on the flier you can save half!

The Scrappy Kat has 3 pieces for this month's BAKs.  She focused her kit around a boy's sleepover.  It's called Boy's Night.  Here are the look at the pieces.  They are all linked to the store.

Now I have no sleepover photos-my kids are too young for that.  But that didn't mean that I couldn't use the kit.  The papers and elements are general boy enough that you can use this to scrap just about any boy picture.  I scrapped a picture of my son while I was potty training.  I did it for the journaling birthday challenge.

The CU grab bag is packed full of all great CU products by the STS designers.  You should check it out!

The collab is all about the men in your life specifically the fathers in your life.  It's called Hello Father and the colors are quite masculine.

Snazzy Pop

Flutterbye Faery Designs has a fabulous new kit out called Snazzy Pop.  I just love the pops of bright green and pink in this kit.  I knew that I had to work with this kit when I first saw it.  Here's a look at the kit which is 25% off today only.

Here's my layout.

$2 Tuesday

I have my bright fun express yourself kit-Dancin With Myself-in the $2 bin today.  Grab this kit at this great price today only!  This kit can be used to scrap all sorts of pictures.

If you post a layout using this kit on my Facebook Fan Page you'll earn a coupon to my store.  The only way to find out the amount is to post a LO on my fan page.  The amount could be between $1-$4!

Digi Designs by Nicole has 2 kits and their associated products in the $2 bin.

Scraps by Andrea

Have you seen some of the new challenges in the STS Forum? They just created a few new ones a couple months ago. One of them is the Featured Designer Challenge. Each month, one STS designer is featured (and generally they will have a sale!). You need to create a layout using one of their kits in the store. Easy-peesy. Well, for June the Featured Designer is none other than Miss Andrea herself (a.k.a. Scraps by Andrea). Head on over to her store now...grab something wonderful because all her stuff is wonderful...and scrap away. And all her products will be 50% off all month long!!!  Post it back in the FDC Forum Thread to get points. For every 500 points, you get a $5 coupon to the store. This challenge is worth a whole 15 points.

Sale starts on June 1st!

Stand in the Rain

I had the opportunity to work with a fun spring kit called Stand in the Rain by 3 Lil Monsters Designs.  This kit is such a fun soft spring kit with such cute rainy day elements.  I didn't have any playing in the rain photos because we have yet to have a warm rain here!  But this kit can be used for so much more-I even used it for Easter pictures.  Here's a look at the kit.

Here are my layouts.
